Grady A. Brown Music

Hi, my name is Julie Tafoya and I this is my 13th year as the Music Teacher at the #1 School in America, Grady A. Brown! I am originally from Charlotte, North Carolina. I graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with an undergraduate degree in vocal performance in 2001. I also went to UNC for graduate school and earned my Master of Arts in Teaching degree in 2003. I earned my National Board Certification in 2010. 

 

When I'm not teaching music, I enjoy drawing and painting, photography, and playing with my 3 dogs: Charlie, Henry, and Puppy.
